Great question! Because every f&nknots piece is handcrafted by our artisans, "Making Time" is the period we need to create your order from scratch (usually 3-5 business days). "Shipping Time" is how long the courier takes to deliver the package to your doorstep after we hand it over (typically 2-4 days). We appreciate your patience with our handmade process!

Once your beautiful macramé piece is ready and shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with a tracking link. You can simply click that link to see real-time updates from our courier partner. If you haven't received it within 7 days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items. Please note that international orders may take 10-15 business days to arrive, and customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to change your address, please email us at support@fnknots.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot reroute the package.
